SCHS recognizes two students each month who are thinking, caring, productive and responsible citizens. Students are nominated by SCHS teachers. The focus of the nomination is not always who has the highest GPA. Teachers are looking for students who unselfishly give of themselves by providing service to the school and their community. Students who have been nominated in the past have been involved in various school clubs, sports, community and/or government organizations and tend to go the extra mile in many of these endeavors.
