Carroll County Early Child Education Programs
The Carroll County Public Schools’ Early Childhood Programs include Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Judy Center Early Learning Hub:
· Pre-Kindergarten is a grant funded intervention and provides direct instruction for students who are income-eligible and four years old on or before September 1st.
Kindergarten is a full day program for children who live in Carroll County and reach the age of 5 on or before September 1st.
· Judy Center Early Learning Hub of Carroll County serves families with children prenatal through kindergarten and is a state funded initiative to promote school readiness.
