Carroll County Public Schools is excited to renew an educational partnership with Special Olympics Maryland – Carroll County to provide all students the opportunity to develop intellectually and physically and to respect the special needs of individuals within their communities.

Special Olympics will provide the opportunity for identified students to participate in its programs and coordinate program offerings such as Young Athletes, Motor Activities Training Program, Unified Sports, and various sports programs including more than 12 different sports. Special Olympics also will offer service-learning opportunities and recruit student athletes from early childhood through post-secondary education to participate in its programs.
